First Real Goal Walkthrough

This walkthrough uses ASF50_DOCS_PORTAL_001 — the goal that built this very documentation portal — as a real worked example. It demonstrates ASF50 documenting itself, which is the canonical tutorial demonstrating ASF50 using ASF50.

Transient IDs (PR numbers, gate UUIDs, run IDs) are sanitized or replaced with placeholders.

Phases​

  1. Goal request — the master-goal prompt that started the work.
  2. Planning and execution — bounded scaffold, content authoring, validation.
  3. PR, CI, merge — exact-head review and governed merge.
  4. Online publication — GitHub Pages deployment.
  5. Terminal proof — final acceptance record.

Why this walkthrough exists​

Reading about ASF50 is necessary; seeing a real goal flow from contract to deployed docs is sufficient. This walkthrough exists so that the next operator can pattern-match their own goal against a worked example.
